Vitamór Ltd. is a hundred percent Hungarian owned company engaged in fruit-growing, fruit- and vegetable-processing, producing and distributing Vitamor products. The company started its activity in 1992, in Mór, a little town situated in Western Hungary, and never ceased developing eversince, becoming one of the biggest fruit and vegetable-processing plant in Hungary.

The raw material used in producing canned fruit is provided by the company’s own orchards stretching over a surface of 800 hectares. Our products are manufactured without using preservatives, and our methods are complying with the mandatory hygenic and technological requirements, with the method of heat-treatment. The observance of the strict requirements in food industry is secured by HACCP and IFS qualification systems.

Besides the traditional technology of canning, the company uses the most modern production of aseptic fruit pulp and alcoholised sour cherries, used in bon-bon manufacturing.

Among Vitamor products we could mention jams, heat resistant jams, syrups and canned fruit. While among semi-prepared products we can mention cherries preserved in alcohol and aseptic fruit-pulp used in producing of baby-food, light drinks.

Sixty percent of our annual production is sold internally through chain stores and our traditional wholesale partners, while fourty percent is commercialized on the European market (Germany, France, Belgium, Austria, United Kingdom, Poland, Romania, Croatia, Slovenia, etc.), as well as on the U.S., Canadian, Australian, Israel, Japanese and South African market.

Our net income was over 10 Million EUR in 2008, average number of employees is 130.
